Service Delivery Management
You are assigned a service delivery account team comprised of a Service Delivery Manager for day-to-day account administration and a Technical Account Manager, that is an expert in Azure, responsible for providing insights into how to leverage the platform most effectively based on your unique business needs.
Proactive management activities are operational tasks that need to be performed either continuously or at a regular frequency. Azure-ROI includes Operating System and Azure infrastructure monitoring, backup management, health checks, security reviews, VM consumption optimization reviews, scheduled or automated power down/up or scale down/up activities.
As part of proactively managing your Azure infrastructure should an issue occur all monitoring incidents are sent to Softlanding’s 24/7 Network Operations Centre for review and response. In addition, Softlanding’s team of Azure support analysts and consultants are available to assist on everything from end-user issues to strategic initiatives.
To provide clients with both technical and business insights on their Azure and Softlanding services, Softlanding has developed custom PowerBI reports that provide near real-time granular Azure consumption visibility, compliance reporting, and service delivery metrics.
